I would like to have my VBS Excel macro execute QC report and save the result back to the same Excel spreadsheet. I found some websites that claim this is not currently possible. Is that true?

If it is true, is there way to select the data directly from QC db without having an admin account?

I am using QC11 (ALM).

As far as I know you can write some queries in alm to generate excel reports. To do the same from excel seems difficult. – Ian Dec 11 '12 at 8:52
