I am trying to run a series of tests using selenium webdriver using a loop.

Code snippet I am using.

for var in range(2,worksheet.nrows+1):
    action_definitions().navigate_to_lineaction_page(matrix[var])

When I run the program, the first test case gets executed successfully. But the next test case fails with the error

ConnectionRefusedError: [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Can someone help me if you have come across this issue. I am using Selenium webdriver 2.39.0

The whole error log:

Sounds like a firewall issue. –  l19 Jan 17 at 3:33
