The Information Systems Examination Board offers qualifications in a number of IT related areas, including Software Testing. Software Testing qualifications are offered at 3 levels - Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced.
The Foundation level qualification aims to give a basic understanding of software testing. It is equivalent to the ISTQB Foundation level qualification.
The Intermediate level qualification is intended as a bridge between the Foundation level and Advanced level qualifications. Successful completion of the Foundation level qualification is a prerequisite for sitting the Intermediate level exam.
The Advanced level qualification is aimed at individuals at an advanced point in their software testing careers. It consists of three different certificates - Advanced Test Analyst, Advanced Test Manager and Advanced Technical Test Analyst. Successful completion of the Foundation level qualification is a prerequisite for sitting any of the Advanced level exams. The Advanced level qualification is equivalent to the ISTQB Advanced level qualification.
