I think I'd need to know a bit more context. It is potentially valuable information, but for a whole host of different reasons e.g. if I know the devs in a team regularly don't bother to fix broken unit tests, that will affect my approach. But in my current environment, it's just a bit of a "Huh? Why should any of the unit tests be failing if the dev is done coding?", because I work with conscientious devs :)
