comment How to automatically break Unit Tests when their related Requirements change (before any code change)
Haven't heard of this before. Why fail tests that could be fine? Just because requirements change wouldn't mean that a unit test for a class would need to change. I would think code coverage would work better. If you fail builds when unit tests aren't added wouldn't that accomplish something similar?

comment Deployment Testing - when to perform
CI, CI, CI! Start small. CI is a lot of work but the value it supplies is hard to measure. Everyone wastes time with manual deployments. When you get to a certain point where builds, deploys and automated tests are automated together the system can seem almost magical.

Much like everything in testing, it depends on the context.

comment Who writes stories and tests in Agile? BA or tester?
Could you better define your question? From the contents and the title I'm not sure what your question is. Is it what does a tester do in BDD if he isn't writing acceptance tests?

@user246 why would giving examples create a bad tester? A bad unmotivated tester is just that, examples or no. I would think that giving a tester examples would empower them to understand whats expected, allow them to automate and then exploratory test the remaining pieces. I'd say the missing piece is working together as a team to come up with the examples, Tester, Dev, and BSA together. To me reviewing later just leads to wasted work.

Thanks for your input you can see my comment above. If you encourage a more open community that would increase its use.

comment Why isn't Sahi more common?
Thanks for the info. The fact that I didn't get any Sahi users to answer is negative enough for me. If there isn't an active open community discussing its use, I wouldn't adopt it.
