Best guidelines for bug reporting? I have found severe problems in the past with this. The prompts are very good and the people finding the problems tend to fill them logically... but developers can get into a mindset of rejecting a bug report because a field wasn't filled in (even if the contents are obviously irrelevant; or covered explicitly by other detail) |
