Should we reject QA candidates based on basic reasoning and math tests? I am fairly certain that is not the sort of product the OP was referring to -- though I can see if you were testing, say, medical software then you might need medical background to do so. Really it's a different question entirely. This is about "generic, general smarts" vs. "QA smarts". |
