I am a Business Project Manager with an IT background. In my day to day work this means I organize IT projects that will deliver a product and then implement this product in the primary process, the day-to-day activities that make the business money! Sometimes I am hired to help out a business owner that got a project that got out of hand or delivered a product that has no business fit whatsoever. In all cases, my work is focused on getting something that works and fits a company's goals.
