Testing for SU Sprints +1 for NOT the size of update matters - but its overall impact on the app / functionality |

Radiobutton group with NO default option: bug / acceptable / it depends? @testerab thanks a lot for the links - they're appreciated! However, this is NOT about usability, although very close to it: I don't tend to discuss whether or not default choice should be for this or that particular case from the usability standpoint. What I want as answers - is expert / experienced QA opinion whether this or that case is most likely an issue - and WHY. I need such proofs as my base to decide for future cases whether to submit bug or not - and that's why we have SQA site established. Please suggest how to rephrase the question to fit SQA format. Thanks in advance! |

Radiobutton group with NO default option: bug / acceptable / it depends? @user246 there are customers that claim about MUST HAVE default option here, while others are sure it should not - and therefore react differently regarding submitted (or not submitted) bugs. That's why I need several obvious samples for supporting either case - depending on the situation. Usability is NOT a direct question here - it's about which cases are more likely / surely defects. |

SQL “sandbox” for new QA staff training: DB structure, approach, deployment and maintenance? In my current projects schemas are too complicated and hardly ever suit for learning purposes - mostly because cases are very specific and should be investigated only in terms of project testing. But for understanding these I need first to train my testers on basics. |

SQL “sandbox” for new QA staff training: DB structure, approach, deployment and maintenance? @JoeStrazzere thanks for the suggestion, but I'd like to have different DBs for 2 platforms, although with similar level of complexity. Sure thing your option will remain for the worst scenario - in case nothing better is found. |
