Parameters to be considered for application's performance testing? This question is overly broad and requires refinement. There's so many different factors at stake here; what application? What is performance? Are you discussing input or output parameters? |

Simple SVN post-commit hook for Jenkins on Windows Server 2008 I have closed this as not constructive because there isn't a good choice for it. It is strongly discouraged to post identical questions on multiple sites, and I feel you're more likely to get an answer on ServerFault (or perhaps SuperUser - but don't make a new one there too!) |

Test team names @user246 I think that's true in every field (except possibly politics... :) ) |

Test team names I tend to think (in terms of vocabulary) of assurance like "A reassuring word", or as google defines it "Tell someone something positively or confidently to dispel any doubts they may have." It's not your job to say it's perfect - it's your job to say it's probably good enough to get the job done. |

Converting emoticons to images in chatroom: how to test this? I would beware of overlapping emoticon grammars. For example the system might allow a smile face to be forward or backward, like :-) or (-:. Same with frowns, like :-( or )-:. But what if there's :-)-: is it :-{backfrown} or {smile}-:. That's the only real tricky thing I can think of in this case. |

Considering automation parameters, which is better: relative Xpath or absolute xpath? I have to agree with Andrew here. If you could elaborate on what the business problem you're trying to solve is, perhaps this could be salvaged into a keepable question. You can still edit the question even though it is closed, and I'll be more than happy to reopen it when it's ready for consumption! :) |

Open source security testing tool faster than Zed Attack Proxy? I'm inclined to agree. Specifically with regard to the question, for example, I wonder why the speed of the security test is so important, or in what ways is it too slow? Using a different tool in the same incorrect manner will yield the same results. |

Handling popup with many buttons using Selenium webdriver Welcome to SQA, user1924504. Could you elaborate on this restriction? What factors cause you to use it? Is it the only option available, or are there other factors in your workplace that mandate it? |

Unable to get focus back to child window You may want to consider going back to older questions like this one and your others to see if your question has been answered. A higher accept rate will attract more users to answer your other questions! :-) |

What is 'System Environment'? @user246 being that our job as QA is to verify the product meets its spec, wouldn't a solid understanding of SRS be important to our area of expertise? |
