Creating a log file for each and every test case with specificexecuted test case name

I am working on selenium automation for one of the project, I have a number of test cases I want to create a separate log file for each and every test case

Say exampleExample : Suppose I have two test cases with names X and Y,when when I execute the all the test cases (X and Y) test cases, then I need to create folder (in parallel to execution) with current time stamp and inside that folder I need to create a two log files with name as same as the test case names  (Xi.e. X and Y)

please help if any body having idea

Note : I am using Log4j framework with java language.
