Often you will have to change half of your product as you learn what works and what doesn't. Advising to skip automated testing sounds as you do not understand the fundamentals under Agile. You should structure your tests (and selectors) to be able to handle the changes easily. Since manual testing each iteration will slow down experiments and learning and that is not an option in an Agile-shop. The automated tests are the source of truth. | |
