Unable to scroll down to bottom of div with data loading dynamically

I want to scroll to the bottom of div mentioned above. I am trying with this -

do {
    driver.findElement(By.xpath("//div[@id='findingTblBody']")).sendKeys(Keys.PAGE_DOWN);
    Thread.sleep(6000);
    scroll_count++;
} while(scroll_count<20);

I am receiving error as - org.openqa.selenium.WebDriverException: unknown error: cannot focus element

How to scroll my web page up to that element & click?

Scroll Down:

Scroll up:

Scroll bottom of the Page:
