I have added the plugin manager jar(jmeter-plugins-manager-1.3) in lib/ext folder of Jmeter. I am not using any proxy settings. I am opening jmeter using run as adminstrator. I keep getting below error message when I try to open Plugin Manager through the options.

I tried to run the jmeter through command prompt using
Jmeter.bat -H my-proxy-server -P 8080.
But, I get the below error message;

unable to find valid certification path to requested target- the Plugin Manager is looking for a specific SSL certificate and failing. I'd recommend searching the JMeter and plugin manager documentation to find out what you need to fix to make the plugin manager work.
