If You want to learn from basics i think Java will be good, because there is huge amount of support from community in this language (i think most of the people use Java with WebDriver). I've started with Java and for any question or trouble always there was somebody that could help me with that. Now I'm on Python with Selenium, and see that there is very big difference with support from community.
I think that with Javascript You will have a big lack of support because not often this language is used with WebDriver
